WHAT TO EAT ON DR. GREEN’S AUTOIMMUNE DIET
Many of our patients are on Dr. Green’s Autoimmune Diet program for 4-6 weeks. We give them tools to help them be successful on this diet, including a comprehensive food list and recipes. We often get asked for more recipes! Keep in mind that eating the Paleo lifestyle (grain free) is very similar so patients can search online (and in bookstores) for Paleo recipes, which is similar to Dr. Green’s Autoimmune Diet. You will need to eliminate tomatoes, egg and possibly other foods, depending on your sensitivities. Here are additional recipes for you to use while on Dr. Green’s Autoimmune Diet. Enjoy!
