More About Hospice & Palliative Care of Lake Norman

Hospice & Palliative Care of Lake Norman opened their office in Davidson 1998 to serve North Mecklenburg County, Western Cabarrus County, and Southern Iredell County patients. Their philosophy of care allows them to provide specialized end-of-life care to adults and children in their homes, nursing facilities, and in assisted living communities. They serve all people (regardless of ability to pay) with challenging medical needs, and their continuous care program helps patients in crisis remain at home. ]]>
